5th & 6th Grade Tackle Football

This is a Fifth & Sixth grade-combined league. Teams will be organized based on the high school district in which children reside. The program entails 3-5 team ‘contacts’ per week. Team contact include: practice, scrimmages & games.

COACHES ARE NEEDED! Please consider helping out and contact Anthony Harmon if interested.

All players must complete 8 days of conditioning before practicing with pads.

Dates: August 5 – Mid October (6 Games)
Conditioning Begins: August 5 (6pm- 7:30pm) @ Pacesetter Park
Grade: 5th & 6th Grade (Sylvania Public & Parochial Students Only)
Parent Meeting: Start of conditioning @ Pacesetter Park
Location: Northview, Southview, McCord
Games: Primarily Sundays (alternate days are possible)
Time: 1pm – 5:30pm (Sun) / alternate days are possible
Fees: $110 / $10 additional after deadline
Deadline: August 2, 2024

Important Season Dates

Official Weigh-in & Equipment Hand Out:  Friday, August 9^th – (NV @ 5pm) / (SV @ 6pm)

Equipment Needed

• 5 or 7 Piece Integrated Padded Girdle
• Practice Jersey
• Mouth Piece
• Football Cleats

All other equipment such as helmet, shoulder pads, game jersey, practice & game pants will be provided by Sylvania Recreation
