Skiing is a fun sport, which develops a student’s self-confidence as he/she achieves higher levels of ability. However, skiing success is measured by first being able to get down the hill without injury. This program is for all levels of ability!

The program is only open to Sylvania Recreation District Residents.

• Skiers will be given an all-area pass. With this pass, skiers can go on all ski lifts and tow ropes.
• Meals/secure lockers are the responsibility of the individual skier; please send money or a sack with your child.
• There is an option to leave personal items on the bus.

Who: Sylvania Recreation District 6th-8th Graders
Where: Alpine Valley Ski Resort – White Lake, Michigan
Dates: Saturday, February 24, 2024 (Day Trip)
Transportation: Chartered Coach
Depart from Centennial Terrace: 8am / arrive 20 minutes early for check-in
Return to Centennial Terrace: 4:40pm
Fees w/ rental equipment: $153 (skis or snowboard), helmet rental additional $10
Fees not renting equipment: $118
Deadline: February 16, 2024
Limit: First 50 to register! 4 Chaperones are needed and will be contacted closer to the trip date.
